My father was a Professor of Urban Design and Planning at the University of Washington for 40 years. He centered his study of cities with compelling imagery, often hand-drawn. He embellished city planning principles with pointed photography from around the world.
Apparently, his passion was left to the next generation, as today, through a camera lens I seek to capture life in urban environments for professional projects, speaking and writing.
Enjoy this sample of images taken on various trips to locations around the globe and visit the blog, myurbanist for more urban-related photos.
